{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (the Department) has received information sufficient to warrant initiation of changed circumstances reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain pasta from Italy. Based on this information, we preliminarily determine that Pasta Lensi S.r.l. is the successor-in-interest to Italian American Pasta Company Italia S.r.l. (IAPC) for purposes of determining antidumping and countervailing duty liability.
