{"abstract":"In response to requests from Cheng Du Wai Yuan Bee Products Co., Ltd (\"Cheng Du\") and Jinfu Trading Co., Ltd. (\"Jinfu\"), the U.S. Department of Commerce (\"the Department\") is conducting new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on honey from the People's Republic of China. The period of review covers the period December 1, 2002, through May 31, 2003. For Jinfu, we have preliminarily determined that it failed to demonstrate its entitlement to a new shipper review, while for Cheng Du we have preliminarily determined that it has not made sales at less than normal value. See the \"Partial Rescission of New Shipper Review\" section below.
