{"abstract":"The Surface Transportation Board (Board) is accepting for consideration the BBRR-1/CSXT-1 application (referred to as the BBRR/ CSXT application) filed May 26, 2004, by Buckingham Branch Railroad Company (BBRR, a Class III railroad) and CSX Transportation, Inc.
