{"abstract":"We preliminarily determine that certain frozen and canned warmwater shrimp from Thailand are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value, as provided in section 733(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). In addition, we preliminarily determine that there is no reasonable basis to believe or suspect that critical circumstances exist with respect to the subject merchandise exported from Thailand. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
