{"abstract":"In this rule the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) renames the Instructional Television Fixed Service (ITFS) as the Educational Broadband Service (EBS) and renames the Multichannel Multipoint Distribution Service (MMDS) and the Multipoint Distribution Service (MDS) as the Broadband Radio Service (BRS).
