{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India for the period April 20, 2001, through December 31, 2002,\\1\\ the period of review (POR). For information on the net subsidy rate for the reviewed company, see the \"Preliminary Results of Review\" section of this notice. If the final results remain the same as the preliminary results of this review, we will instruct the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess countervailing duties as detailed in the \"Preliminary Results of Administrative Review\" section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
