{"abstract":"The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (\"FDIC\") proposes to revise its Guidelines for Appeals of Material Supervisory Determinations; these revisions are intended to enhance the Supervision Appeals Review Committee (\"SARC\") process by reconstituting the SARC and modifying the procedures for appeals to the SARC. The FDIC also proposes to issue Guidelines for Appeals of Deposit Insurance Assessment Determinations, which will reconstitute the Assessment Appeals Committee (\"AAC\"), and will also set forth procedures for pursuing appeals to the AAC.
