{"abstract":"The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing this final rule to amend the regulations by removing the delegations of authority, to update the regulations to reflect the agency's organization, and to make other conforming changes. Because FDA makes information on delegations of authority available on FDA's Internet Web site, the regulations on delegations of authority are no longer necessary.
