{"abstract":"This interim rule establishes uniform administrative procedures for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to implement the Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act of 1986 (the Act). The interim rule will provide a uniform, department-wide, administrative process for assessing penalties and recovering funds procured by fraud under departmental programs.
