{"abstract":"EPA is notifying the public that it has received negative declarations for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) units from Forsyth County, Mecklenburg County, and Buncombe County, North Carolina, and Chattanooga-Hamilton County, Knox County, and Memphis-Shelby County, Tennessee.
