{"abstract":"This rule proposes to amend the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations to enable petitioners to file O and P nonimmigrant petitions up to one year prior to the petitioners' need for the alien's services.
