{"abstract":"The Department of Defense (DoD) is amending its regulations governing the disposal of property at installations being closed and realigned and how to address the impacts of realignment at receiving installations. This final rule contains amendments to address changes in the laws governing base closure and realignment (BRAC) made since the current regulations were promulgated.
