{"abstract":"The Department of Justice (the Department) hereby amends title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations to authorize access to FBI- maintained criminal justice information systems to effectuate the Private Security Officer Employment Authorization Act of 2004, which was enacted as section 6402 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004.
