{"abstract":"This proposal would revise OTS guidance relating to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Accompanying this proposal and published in the Rules and Regulations portion of today's Federal Register, is a Final Rule revising the definition of \"community development\" in OTS's CRA rule. This proposal addresses topics related to that Final Rule among others.
