{"abstract":"With this final rule, EPA is establishing regulations for the safe storage and disposal of pesticides as a means of protecting human health and the environment pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. This final rule establishes requirements for pesticide container design, and procedures, standards and label language to facilitate removal of pesticides from containers prior to disposal or recycling. This final rule also establishes requirements for containment of stationary pesticide containers and procedures for container refilling operations.
