{"abstract":"NMFS issues a final rule to implement Amendment 68 to the Fishery Management Plan for Groundfish of the Gulf of Alaska (FMP). This action implements statutory provisions for the Central Gulf of Alaska Rockfish Pilot Program (hereafter referred to as the Program). This action is necessary to enhance resource conservation and improve economic efficiency for harvesters and processors who participate in the Central Gulf of Alaska (GOA) rockfish fishery.
