{"abstract":"This rule makes non-substantive amendments throughout titles 33 and 46 of the Code of Federal Regulations, in order to align with changes in the Coast Guard's internal organization that resulted from the Coast Guard's recent sector realignment. The amendments typically describe the boundaries of sectors, marine inspection zones, and Captain of the Port zones; describe the reporting relationship between various field units; or reflect a change in the identity of the field unit that is responsible for a particular matter. This rule will have no substantive effect on the regulated public.","action":"Final rule.","agencies":[{"raw_name":"DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY","name":"Homeland Security Department","id":227,"url":"https://www.federalregister.gov/agencies/homeland-security-department","json_url":"https://www.federalregister.gov/api/v1/agencies/227","parent_id":null,"slug":"homeland-security-department"},{"raw_name":"Coast Guard","name":"Coast Guard","id":53,"url":"https://www.federalregister.gov/agencies/coast-guard","json_url":"https://www.federalregister.gov/api/v1/agencies/53","parent_id":227,"slug":"coast-guard"}],"body_html_url":"https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/full_text/html/2007/07/02/07-3189.html","cfr_references":[{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":3,"title":33},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":20,"title":33},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":100,"title":33},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":104,"title":33},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":110,"title":33},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":135,"title":33},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":151,"title":33},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":160,"title":33},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":162,"title":33},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":165,"title":33},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":1,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":2,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":4,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":5,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":16,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":28,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":45,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":50,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":67,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":115,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":122,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":153,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":169,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":170,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":176,"title":46},{"chapter":null,"citation_url":null,"part":185,"title":46}],"citation":"72 FR 36316","comment_url":null,"comments_close_on":"2007-07-02","correction_of":null,"corrections":[],"dates":"This final rule is effective July 2, 2007. As a member of the public, the effective date of this rule does not place any new requirements on you.
