{"abstract":"This Final Rule revises the child labor regulations to incorporate statutory amendments to the Fair Labor Standards Act and to update and clarify the regulations that establish protections for youth employed in nonagricultural occupations. These revisions also implement specific recommendations made by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health in its 2002 report to the Department of Labor.
