{"abstract":"The Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR), with the concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), is issuing an interim regulation for employees of the SIGIR that supplement the executive-branch-wide Standards of Ethical Conduct (Standards) issued by OGE.
