{"abstract":"The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is issuing an interim rule amending the Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) to implement section 6405 of the U.S. Troop Readiness, Veterans' Care, Katrina Recovery, and Iraq Accountability Appropriations Act, 2007.
