{"abstract":"The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is making minor technical changes to a final rule published in the Federal Register on August 21, 2009. That final rule revised the training, qualification, certification, and operating requirements for pilots, flight instructors, ground instructors, and pilot schools.
