{"abstract":"The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the \"Dodd-Frank Act\") amends section 4c(a) of the Commodity Exchange Act (\"CEA\") in section 747 to expressly prohibit certain trading practices deemed disruptive of fair and equitable trading.
