{"abstract":"The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (\"Commission\") is proposing rules to implement new statutory provisions enacted by Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the \"Dodd-Frank Act\"). Specifically, in accordance with Section 727 of the Dodd-Frank Act, the Commission is proposing rules to implement a new framework for the real-time public reporting of swap transaction and pricing data for all swap transactions.
