{"abstract":"DoD is converting an interim rule to a final rule with changes. The interim rule implemented section 8116 of the DoD Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2010 to restrict the use of mandatory arbitration agreements when awarding contracts that exceed $1 million when using Fiscal Year 2010 funds appropriated or otherwise made available by the DoD Appropriations Act.
