{"abstract":"The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE or the \"Department\") is adopting amendments to the compliance dates for manufacturers to submit certification reports for the certification provisions for commercial refrigeration equipment; commercial heating, ventilating, air- conditioning (HVAC) equipment; commercial water heating (WH) equipment; and automatic commercial ice makers, which are covered under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975, as amended (EPCA or the \"Act\").
