{"abstract":"The FDIC is issuing a final rule (\"Final Rule\") to implement certain provisions of its authority to resolve covered financial companies under Title II of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the \"Dodd-Frank Act\" or the \"Act\").
