{"abstract":"The Federal Labor Relations Authority (the FLRA) is engaged in an initiative to make electronic filing, or \"eFiling,\" available to parties in all cases before the FLRA. Making eFiling available to its parties is another way in which the FLRA is using technology to improve the customer-service experience.
