{"abstract":"The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission) is amending its regulations pertaining to the export and import of nuclear materials and equipment. This rulemaking is necessary to reflect the nuclear non-proliferation policy of the Executive Branch regarding U.S. Government obligations to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
