{"abstract":"In this document, the Commission announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved, for a period of three years, the information collection requirements and form revisions associated with the Commission's rules contained in the Third Report and Order, FCC 11-190, pertaining to the policies to promote rural radio service and to streamline allotment and assignment procedures.
