{"abstract":"Idaho applied to EPA for final authorization of certain changes to its hazardous waste program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended (RCRA). On February 29, 2012, EPA published a proposed rule to authorize the changes and opened a public comment period under Docket ID No. EPA-R10-RCRA-2011-0973. The comment period closed on March 30, 2012. EPA received two comments on the proposed rule.
