{"abstract":"The EPA is finalizing the new source performance standards (NSPS) for nitric acid plants. Nitric acid plants include one or more nitric acid production units (NAPUs). These revisions include a change to the nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) emission limit, which applies to each NAPU commencing construction, modification, or reconstruction after October 14, 2011.
