{"abstract":"We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all BAE Systems (Operations) Limited Model BAe 146, and Avro 146-RJ series airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a report of loss of the end caps on the anti-icing piccolo tube of the wing leading edge. This proposed AD would require a detailed inspection of the end caps on the anti-icing piccolo tube for lost or loose end caps, and replacing or repairing the end caps if necessary.
