{"abstract":"The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to offer by competitive sealed-bid sale, one parcel of public land totaling approximately 12.5 acres in the Las Vegas Valley at not less than the appraised fair market value (FMV) of $520,000. The parcel will be offered pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), Public Law 105-263, as amended. The sale will be subject to the applicable provisions of Section 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA), 43 U.S.C. 1713, and BLM land sale conveyance regulations at 43 CFR part 2710. If not sold, the parcel described in this notice may be identified for sale at a later date without further legal notice.
