{"abstract":"EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Delaware. This revision amends the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from industrial cleaning solvents facilities; automobile and light-duty truck coating operations; paper, film, and foil coating units; flat wood paneling products; and flexible packaging printing presses.
