{"abstract":"In this supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking, EPA is soliciting additional comments on its proposal to disapprove in part the Michigan and Minnesota regional haze State Implementation Plans (SIPs) for failure to mandate best available retrofit technology (BART) for taconite facilities within these states.
