{"abstract":"EPA is approving a portion of Indiana's construction permit rule for sources subject to the state operating permit program regulations at 40 CFR part 70. These provisions authorize the state to incorporate terms from Federal consent decrees or Federal district court orders into these construction permits. EPA is also approving public notice requirements for these permit actions.
