{"abstract":"These special conditions are issued for the Airbus Model A330- 200 airplane. This airplane as modified by TTF Aerospace LLC will have a novel or unusual design feature associated with the installation of bulk cargo lower deck crew rest compartments. The applicable airworthiness regulations do not contain adequate or appropriate safety standards for this design feature.
