{"abstract":"Pursuant to the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (\"CVAA\"), the Commission adopts rules requiring video programming distributors and video programming providers (including program owners) to make televised emergency information accessible to individuals who are blind and visually impaired.
