{"abstract":"On May 19, 2010, the Secretary of the Interior separated and reassigned responsibilities previously performed by the former Minerals Management Service (MMS) to three separate organizations. As part of this reorganization, on October 1, 2010, the Secretary established the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary--Policy, Management and Budget (PMB). At the same time, ONRR initiated a CFR chapter reorganization.
