{"abstract":"The Commission affirms, modifies, and clarifies certain decisions adopted in the Report and Order in MB Docket No. 11-154 regarding closed captioning requirements for video programming delivered using Internet protocol (\"IP\") and apparatus used by consumers to view video programming.
