{"abstract":"We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), propose to list the Florida leafwing (Anaea troglodyta floridalis) and Bartram's scrub-hairstreak (Strymon acis bartrami) butterflies as endangered species under the Endangered Species Act. If we finalize this rule as proposed, it would extend the Act's protections to these species.
