{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to amend the Standards of Performance for Petroleum Refineries for Which Construction, Reconstruction, or Modification Commenced After May 14, 2007. This direct final rule amends the definition of \"delayed coking unit\" by removing process piping and associated equipment (pumps, valves, and connectors) from the definition.
