{"abstract":"The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to offer one approximately 40-acre parcel of public land in Lincoln County, Nevada, by modified competitive sale. Bidding on the subject parcel will begin at not less than the appraised fair market value (FMV) of $19,000. The BLM identified the parcel for disposal in the 2008 Ely District Resource Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement, and has examined the parcel and found it suitable for disposal by modified competitive sale.
