{"abstract":"We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) announce the availability of a Final Comprehensive Conservation Plan and Environmental Assessment (CCP/EA), and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Hopper Mountain, Bitter Creek, and Blue Ridge National Wildlife Refuges (Refuges or NWRs).
