{"abstract":"The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Winnemucca District, Humboldt River Field Office is establishing supplementary rules relating to camping, the discharge of firearms, and the use of motor vehicles on public land within Zone 1 of the Water Canyon Recreation Area. The supplementary rules are necessary to protect natural resources and the health and safety of public land users within the Zone 1 area. These supplementary rules allow BLM law enforcement personnel to limit the number of successive days of camping and to regulate vehicle use in the Zone 1 area.
