{"abstract":"These special conditions are issued for Embraer Model ERJ-170 airplanes. This airplane will have a novel or unusual design feature associated with interior arrangements that include passenger seats that incorporate non-traditional, large, non-metallic panels in lieu of the traditional metal frame covered by fabric. The applicable airworthiness regulations do not contain adequate or appropriate safety standards for this design feature.
