{"abstract":"Pursuant to section 133 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA), DOE is finalizing a rule that revises regulations on the Alternative Fuel Transportation Program (AFTP or the Program). This final rule establishes regulations on the allocation of marketable credits for the acquisition of EISA-specified electric drive vehicles and for investments in qualified alternative fuel infrastructure, qualified alternative fuel non-road equipment, and relevant emerging technologies.
