The NRC is requesting public comment on draft NUREG-1556, Volume 15, Revision 1, \"Consolidated Guidance about Materials Licenses: Guidance about Changes of Control and about Bankruptcy Involving Byproduct, Source, or Special Nuclear Materials Licenses.\" The document has been updated from the previous revision to include safety culture, protection of sensitive information, and changes in regulatory policies and practices.
