{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the section 111(d)/129 plan submitted by New York State for the purpose of implementing and enforcing the emission guidelines for existing sewage sludge incineration (SSI) units. The intended effect of this action is to approve a plan required by the Clean Air Act (CAA) which establishes emission limits and other requirements for existing sewage sludge incineration units and provides for the implementation and enforcement of those limits and other requirements.
