{"abstract":"The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing standards of performance for emissions of greenhouse gases from affected modified and reconstructed fossil fuel-fired electric utility generating units. Specifically, the EPA is proposing standards to limit emissions of carbon dioxide from affected modified and reconstructed electric utility steam generating units and from natural gas-fired stationary combustion turbines.
